If you don't eat enough food, you will lose weight. You feel weak and have no energy.

Some people eat so little that they suffer from anorexia. Most anorexics are women, aged between 15 and 25.

Anorexia is more than just slimming and loss of appetite.

Sufferers have an 'attitude' to their bodies. They want to stay as thin as possible. Even when they weight a lot less than they should, they still 'see' themselves as being 'fat'.
