1. Regular meals

--It is easy to see that regular meals are important to good nutrition. Irregular eating eating can lead to serious consequences. Snacks-- often just sweets-- take the place of the good body-building foods. Be sure to get three balanced meals regularly--and do not ignore breakfast.

2. The mealtime atmosphere

--Meals should be eaten without hurry, and in pleasant surroundings. If everything is clean and the food nicely arranged, the process of digestion will be aided.

--You have learned that digestion is improved when you are free from such emotion as Fear, Anger, Scare, or Worry. In fact, a person who is very tired, angry, scared, or shocked will do better if he plus off eating for a time. Companions you enjoy, cheerful surroundings, and a happy state of mind make for a pleasant meal and for good digestion.
