Shiba Rescue

Following are some links to Shiba Rescue pages. If you are considering a Shiba as a companion, you should investigate Rescue. Most of the dogs in the Rescue programs were released because the owners were not prepared to handle the independent, stubborn nature of the Shiba. Some were release due to family allergy situations, and some were acquired from puppy mill situations. All of the Rescue Shibas deserve a stable home with a family to love.
