That's right, it was a manic Monday, with us "celebrating" Susan's birthday
by getting burnt at the beach.
It was a quiet morning, with bird chirping in the distance when I get a phone
call. It was Susan, she had said she had just woken up and there was going to be
a change of plan. We no longer were to meet up at 9:00, but now 9:40. Susan then
three wayed Anna but to our dismay she was too tired. I then contacted Alan also
using three way and he agreed to go. Anna then contacted Daniel, but he was busy
for the day. That left for Alan, Susan and myself to attend the day at the
beach.
At 10:20, I left my home to reach Susan's at 10:40, a car was parked at the
front so I did not dare knock on the front door, instead thinking she had left
for Alan's because she had originally said to meet at Alan's at 10:40, I
continued to walk. I reached Alan's and noticed Susan was nowhere to be seen. We
contacted her and she was still at home charging her camera. She told us she
would arrive at Alan's in about 5-10 minutes.
After Christian had shown me his karate moves, Susan arrived and we soon left.
Reached the station to buy our tickets to Bondi Beach and Susan called
Catherine. Catherine had said nobody had arrived at Yagoona yet and asked Susan
to buy her a ticket. We walked back up and then down stairs to reach the City
Rail bus stops.
Waited for what seemed like a long time then finally a bus to Bankstown. Got on
and it was packed. Found ourselves a seat and Susan was complaining of how badly
she needed a Happy Cup. Reached Yagoona, where Catherine, Mikey and Lisa got on
the bus. We all got off at Bankstown and Alan, Catherine, Susan and I walked to
Happy Cup to get drinks. Alan and I got a Green Apple Ice with fruit jelly and
Susan got a Peach Ice with fruit jelly. Walked back to the station and didn't
wait long for a train to the City. Got on the train, not a very eventful time.
Got off at Sydenham, and waited for 3 minutes before a train to Bondi Junction
arrived. Mikey had gone upstairs to buy a drink and almost didn't make it.
On the train we saw Harry, (?) and Vaughan and they stopped to have a
chat. Got off at Bondi Junction and weren't sure which way the buses were. Mikey
led the way and we soon got on a bus to Bondi Beach. Got off at Bondi Beach and
Lisa stepped on my thong. She then told me to do it to Susan. In which I did, on
the road, and she lost her thong. Susan blamed Lisa. Got onto the sand and
immediately saw bare breasts.
We couldn't decide where to sit until finally we all agreed to just sit. We all
went straight into the water, Catherine hesitant at first. All went in for a
while, Catherine and Susan, headed back first. Lisa soon went after them and
they returned to our bags. After a while in the water we decided to head back in
and sat there for a while, before long Mikey suggesting we dig a hole and bury
someone.
That someone turned out to be Catherine. We dug and dug until the hole was deep
and long enough. Catherine then sat in it and we shoved all the sand back on
her. She was saying she couldn't breathe properly but that didn't matter as the
sand eventually covering her entire body with only her head and arms flailing
around in the air. Susan captured this on camera and then Catherine wanted out.
She was struggling to get her body free so we helped her by burying out her big
toe. It was all to much for Catherine so we helped her more by pushing more sand
off her until finally Mikey pulled her free. I was in hysterics. We then decided
to head back out into the water, Lisa and Susan went to get drinks and food for
us.
Catherine came along with us and I soon dragged her in and dumped her into the
water. We headed out further and did crap, Catherine headed back because she had
swallowed a lot of salt water. We ended up throwing sea weed and sand at each
other before long we headed back and Lisa and Susan returned with Hungry Jacks.
They got us each a Whooper. We ate and then lay there doing nothing. We then
decided to play 'I Spy', Mikey went first, 'twas straw. He went again because we
all gave up, 'twas boobies this time, Lisa got it. Lisa's turn and it turned out
to be hat. Alan had a turn, he turned around and stared at his bag then said it
started with a 'B'. Soon, that got boring so Alan, Catherine, Susan and I went
back into the water, leaving Lisa and Mikey to lay there.
Susan was too chicken to swim out of the flags and after much encouragement,
Catherine getting dumped by a wave, and trying to drag Susan in, we ended up
swimming between the flags. It was a lot colder, deeper and more boring then
where we were before. Susan finally had the balls to come into the water but was
still reluctant. Alan and I swam up to find that it got shallower as you went
further. We headed back to Catherine and Susan and Catherine wanted to see so I
headed out with her and we headed back where it was revealed that Catherine
could indeed swim. We got halfway before Alan picked Susan up and began walking
to us. A wave came and Alan became submerged in water as he held Susan up in the
air. Susan then decided to turn back and we went back to where we originally
were before.
There it was dirty and it gave Susan a rash. So we walked back up to Lisa and
Mikey, where Lisa told us Mikey was asleep and snoring. Glen and Thomas came out
of nowhere and talked with us for a while before long they went to get their
bags. They took ages before they came back and Lisa agreed to give $10 to
whoever saw them first. We then began to look around in search of him. Soon
after, Mikey saw them and he gained the $10.
We then headed out into the water while the girls stayed back and tanned
themselves to death. Mikey had gotten a drink before and was throwing the bottle
around, before Glen and Thomas headed back and Mikey threw the bottle out to
sea. We then headed back and began to play 'I Spy' again. Not long after that we
headed back home, because Lisa was already late
Waited at a bus stop that reeked of a dead body then decided to walk up to
the next bus stop. Mikey went into a shop to get a drink and the bus had
arrived. Lisa called him to find out that he was already on the bus. We got on a
different bus and took it to the station. There we met up with Mikey at the
escalators and took the train back to Central. As we were about to reach
Central, Lisa saw that Alan had fallen asleep and slapped him on the face,
everybody had a good laugh then exited the train, through the train doors.
Reached the platform and the train arrived. Got on and took it to Bankstown. On
our way, we took turns listening to Susan's IPod and watched porn on Mickey's
phone. Lisa was shocked and amazed, she couldn't take her eyes off it and began
to smile and chuckle at the thought of Catherine porn, which soon turned out to
be a video of us on the train.
We got off at Bankstown, and walked to the buses. Just our luck, as soon as we
went to sit down, the bus arrived. On the long bus ride home, Mikey noticed two
boys he recognized from dancing at Chester Hill. He told us to think of generic
names, none were correct. Catherine disembarked from the bus at Yagoona. The
boys turned around and said their names were forget and Freddy. Lisa and Mickey
got off at Chester Hill. I then got off at Leightonfield and began to walk home.
I got home and noticed my back and shoulders were sun burnt. Joy.
Futurama is back! Following the success of Family Guy's Stewie
Griffin: The Untold Story (being released in Australia this Wednesday, 25th
January 2006), FOX has just given Futurama the green light to four direct-to-DVD full-length
features. If theses sales do well we might even see more direct-to-DVD
full-length features or even a revival of the Futurama series. The show's
production crew are expected to get back together to start recording new
material in late July or August, this year.
Remember to tune into Futurama, Monday and Wednesday's 8:00 AEST on Channel 10,
directly following The Simpsons.
