Raindrops keep falling on my head, but that doesn't mean that my eyes will soon be turning red.
Hey everyone, its CarolineĄ we had our cross country carnival thing today and
it was the worst thing IĄŻve ever done in my life!
Well we all came to school as usual and the bus would take us to flinders slope
or whatever. I rang Ashley that morning and I told her to bring her big black
sunnies so we cud both wear them. It was like sunnyĄ well kinda sunny wen I left
home to go to school. When I got to school I saw Ashley and got our name marked
off then we got onto the bus to go to the carnival. When we got there it was
freezing cold and we were wearing our sports uniform. When everyone got their
name marked off again the teachers made us all walk the course and I was like
omg IĄŻm not walking it. I wasnĄŻt even there to run, I was there to help out with
the bbq even though I donĄŻt know how to cook sausages. So we had to walk the
course and at first it was okay but then it started sprinkling, if that wasnĄŻt
bad enough it then started to rain real hard! Even though it was raining that
hard the teachers told us to keep walking! My shorts were stuck to my leg coz
they were so wet and my shirt and my jumper was like soaking wet. It was so
cold, I had mud all over my legs and my white socks turned into brown socks with
grass stains on them! I was wet all over and my phone was in my pocket and it
wouldĄŻve gotten wet but I was smart and put my phone in between the cups of my
bra, Ashley did the same as well! Ash and I were screaming and whinging and
crying! Finally the dumb ass teacher thought it was raining too heavy so we
turned around and went back! It was like a 1 hour and 15 minute walk. IĄŻve never
walked that much in my life, I can swim for that long but I canĄŻt walk it! Then
we got back and ash I were still crying! Instead of making everyone run in
different age groups the teachers made everyone run in one big race so we cud
get back to school sooner. Then when everyone finished running we got back on
the bus to go back to school. Once we were at school we had to call our parents
to come and pick us up and my grandma picked me up from school and she took me
home. Then I rung my mummy and told her I was home and what happened, so she
came home right away and she told me to go into the shower and I did. When I got
out she put my clothes on the heater so they were all warm. And now IĄŻm wearing
a skivvy and my long pajamas and long socks up to my knees and IĄŻm still cold! I
swear I nearly died today! I didnĄŻt even get to wear my big black sunnies today
=(!
Well that is definitely one cross country IĄŻll never forget! My clothes are like
eww now! They stink of the rain! Oh u know even my bra and undies were wet!
ThatĄŻs it from me, love ya !
I will not be coming to work today, I was in a terrible plane crash. My entire family was killed and I am a vegetable.
That was Caroline's day, now this is mine.
Today, started when Lisa told me to open up her bag up and inside their was a
large 400g pack of Malteasers.
Thanks Lisa! You rock my socks!
Then the bell went and we set off to the Library, where we had Peer Tutoring.
There, we saw Mylinh and Mary studying and such. Anyway, my partner wasn't
present so Miss Johnson asked me to go with this dude. He was acting dumb and
stuff and was trying to bludge his way out. He was being a dickhead and when he
saw the word Marrickville he said 'I live near there!' and I replied 'Really?'.
When it was finally time for the Year 7s to go he kept reading as the teacher
was talking and Kimberly started laughing. Then it was time for Period 1,
English, and as Susan, Sheila, Anna and I entered A4, everyone had their noses
in their books, it was actually quite disturbing. Anyway, Period 2, we had
Science where Miss Chan was off doing something we had a substitute, Miss
Pepping.
Recess, and now it was not only raining but pouring, so we decided to sit in the
C block, left of the canteen. Catherine brang her imitation Twisties again,
which taste like Cheetos. When the bell rang, Sheila wanted to run through the
rain in the Quad. So, Sheila ran down the quad, I followed and Susan soon
followed too. Out of all of us, Susan was the wettest and she blamed us, saying
'Sheila went, and then David went, so I went'.
Period 3 and we had Maths which was a bludge, as it always is. Sheila and I were
transferring our brain power through my blue flexible ruler and after that she
started doing weird things. Anyway, it was now Period 4, Electronics, where we
headed down to the Library so everyone could do their Electronics Assignment.
Lunch now, and I spent half of my lunch standing outside the PE staffroom
waiting for Mr Spiros to tell us when we could go. Anyway, when detention was
over I set out to look for everyone else finding them at the back, and I and
only I opened the box of Malteasers. Everybody had some, except for Kimberly!
After that, we ventured over to Caillan who was cutting themselves with a
Stanley Knife, not on their arms but on their stomachs. It was at that point
where I nearly tripped Susan twice, first shaking her on the logs and second,
almost pushing her over.
It was now Period 5, Commerce where we had a practice Mock Trial. Susan, Alan
and I were the defence with Sarah and Rima as our witnesses; John, Phuc and
Danny served as the Prosecutors with Alex and Shane as their witnesses; and
Samah, Hassan and Miss Kaidbay served as the Magistrate. We were getting
massacred as it was our first Mock Trial and the prosecutors had John. Then,
Period 6, Science yet again, this time we had Mr Woolcott, A.K.A. Brent Tate,
and Sheila really thought he was Brent Tate and asked him 'Are you injured?'. In
Science all I did was play with a 10c coin and my ruler.
As we left Science, Sheila saw a helicopter and said 'Look! It's a helicopter, I
can see clearly now the rain has gone'.
