Tour Information
From an advertisement in the December 1998 issue of Preservation
magazine: Fallingwater is open for tours Tuesday through Sunday,
April to mid-November, 8:30 am to 4:00 PM. The house is located 3.5
hours from Washington, D.C; 2 hours from Pittsburgh, PA on Route
381, 4 miles south of Mill Run [Pennsylvania]. Admission: $12 on
weekends and $8 on weekdays. In-depth and childrens tours are also
available by reservation.

This large Prairie house used to be on Lake Minnetonka near
Minneapolis. The library is now part of the collection at the
Allentown Art Museum in Allentown, Pennsylvania, and the 55-foot living room
is part of the collection at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in
New York City.
Mr. Wright designed this office for the Fallingwater client, owner Edgar J. Kaufmann.
 This office is now on public display as part of the
Victoria and Albert Museum in England.
