UNIFORM ELECTRIC FIELD
In a uniform electric field, e.g. between two charged plates, The field strength (potential gradient) at any point is constant and given by V / d, hence the force of an electron charge, e is given by

F = V e / d

UNIFORM MAGNETIC FIELD
In a uniform magnetic field flux density B is constant so from 4_7,

F = B e v
