i should really have a different picture, since the make-up dress nice but aren't mod, really.
mod clothing has evolved just as the subculture has,
from tailored suits to parkas to Paul Smith. clothing rules
have shifted not only temporally, but geographically (modslisters
will note recent discussions about the appropriateness of shorts, for example).
i've tried to separate these links into rough categories,
as well as split them according to gender. the bad news: for reasons i
don't want to speculate about here, mod is a boy-oriented subculture, so
there tend to be less female-specific clothing information. the good news:
we can look good in skirts and trousers!
