Hey, maybe you know his work already. Everybody knows (no pun intended) First we'll take manhattan from when some woman did it when I was a kid, and it was on the radio all the time, it was like some old standard like jingle bells or happy birthday to you, or maybe it just felt that way, then we'll take Berlin. And everybody knows was the main theme from Pump up the Volume, that cool flick with Christian Slater as mixed-up school kid, the Leonard Cohen version was on the film as well as a version that I think was by Concrete Blonde which is on the soundtrack album. And (who starts sentences with and?) more recently there was Natural Born Killers featuring 2 lenny songs, The future (give me back my broken night etcetera), and waiting for the miracle.
I'm your fan:
This is a compilation of lot's of other people doing Lennys songs. Some are occassionally
annoying, like Suzanne, that sometimes annoys me with his sort of clip clop slobber chops
noises, but at other times I enjoy it and howl along. The album is definately worth getting hold
of. They all keep the Cohen flavour but get mixed up with the stale milk of some top hole
artists including the PIXIES (Wahey). The JAMES track is especially good.

This one uses those nasty frames which take ages to load and look crap if your browsers not
on full screen, ignore the stupid arse page. It looks well presented and looks like there's
some good stuff, but it's frames and you can't hide from the fact.

Here's another called Bird on a Wire, which loads 97% and then gets stuck and wont finish
loading until you press stop loading, or maybe it's just me. Lots of stuff though if you've got
time to ruin your eyesight and reduce your sperm count (this is a gag based on monitor
radiation and nothing kinky okay). There are guitar tabs, discography, interviews, lyrics and
lots of other links.
