So what the heck is Usa? Usa is a small dictatorship run by myself and my co-dictator Xardon, whose page has died, hence the reason it is no longer a link. We started it up in June of 1996 (I have learned that on the internet, if you do not want to do updates frequently, use absolute, not relative dates), at a graduation party for Xardon's Brother. It is located in Winona, MN, as the U.S.A. calls it. It consists, currently, of my backyard, his backyard, and our rooms. We have also annexed his basement. Currently there are an undisclosed number of citzens, though I can say that our population has grown in the past year, though not terribly fast. The state religion is Alanism, and all who are citizens must follow it. Citizens are free to follow any other religion they want in addition to Alanism, due to the benevolence of the patron Deity of Alanism, namely me. Yes me. I am the god of humour, ambiguity, niceness, and procrastination. I have come up with my 5 or 6 commandments. (I'm a mediocre deity..) by the time anyone other than me reads this, they will be posted here. While I am at it, I might as well put my miracles as well.

We are a peaceful nation, and have no real standing armed forces, though we do have an Air Force, of sorts, a crack suicide squad (Monty Python reference for those who don't know), and a leader of our shock troops. Shortly, we will have a spacefleet as well, the flagship of which will be a Klingon Bird of Prey!

We are also in the process of creating a Triumvirate, as being preferable to a co-dictatorship. I'll let you know when we find a candidate. We have still not found a candidate, due to our general apathy about the whole situation. :-)
