Poet's Corner

I just got in from Poet's Corner and
It seems the trip was long & Hairy.
One doesn't go down to Poet's Corner
For a short visit, for a mere Howdy.
Poet's Corner is across the Way,
Way, Way, across the Way!
I left to go down to Poet's Corner
To drink the sights therein.
To feel that lonely message
Is to while one's life away
Away, Away, across the Way!
I stayed on Poet's Corner
Just to learn my Way.
I layed on Poet's Corner,
I smiled on Poet's Corner.
But, my friend, to give a proper visit
To learn the proper Way
To write the forlorn Lyrics
And smiling Words of the Day
It takes a person who is strong,
And believes not in today.
A person ready to die, if must
To make a proper stay!
I just got in from Poet's Corner!
