What is Art?

Who says art has to be a pretty picture of lily pads, or a still life? I personally have seen way too many of those and to paint nature as it is seen can be done even easier with a camera. Now art in the eyes of this beholder is what is seen within the imagination. I am not saying that a painting of a barn is not art; its just not my style of art. Some people have seen my work and ask me if I am mentally disturbed. No...well maybe a little bit...we all are in one way or another. What does each individual mind think is pleasing when it comes to art? The title of this work is answer enough.
