Title: Cold Hearted
Writer: Greg V. Wright

I gave you my love
A heart that beat true,
It was all that I owned
Yet I gave it to you.

How could I have known
Of your painful past?
Or that your heart was cold
And frozen by your last.

I pray night and day
For your hand to hold,
Nothing more do I want
Not riches, wealth, or gold.

Three words...I love you
Would be a sure start,
A sing that love's working
To melt your cold heart.

If today I fail
I'll hide my sorrow,
For I'll try to melt it
Once again tomorrow
