I had a strange dream the other night it got me into an awful fright I dreamt that god had taken me away he'd sent his angels, with this to say

we know you're hurt but life goes on you lost her soon, but she is now gone don't keep grieving, let it be one day you'll meet up here you'll see

I saw the clouds of heaven, I saw a dove I thought I heard him speak of love when I went to touch him though he flew of, he had to go

then as I was about to wake thinking that it all was fake I heard a voice familiar, I knew it had to be her, and it was too

my little princess she said to me I'm happy here, pain free please forgive what I've done it wasn't god, but me my love

I know you're angry and upset but listen to me, lest we forget remember our good times, remember well you should be happy, im in heaven not hell

I always watch over you you must beleive it's true I am always by your side all those nights I heard you cry

say goodbye to me now be strong some how I love you my child smile, smile, smile
