Title: The Moonlight In Your Eyes
Writer: Tammy Harrison

As we walked hand in hand
Strolling into the night,
There was no moon to behold,
It was stolen from the sky.

I searched as far as I could see,
For that sphere of light.
I almost gave up hope,
Until I looked into your eyes.

The radiance that your soul emits,
Puts the brightest beacon to shame.
Among the depths of your emotion,
Burns an eternal flame.

A million stars could never hold
A candle unto you.
The luster that is in your heart,
Is your love, so strong and true.

I glanced up at the sky again,
With a different point of view.
The moon wasn't really missing,
It was being outshined by you.

The sky wasn't different,
I just didnt realize...
That I had seen the miracle of
The moonlight in your eyes.
