Why did you do it? Why did you say "I love you so much" you said it every day

You couldn't have meant it not after what you did you held secrets inside secrets that you hid

You played with my heart like it was all just a game so now my heart is broken and on you, I lay the blame

How could you be so cruel? How could you break my heart? you knew that I loved you you knew it from the start

So why did you do it? I still wonder every day Why'd you say "I love you"? Why'd you say it and walk away?
