I remember how your precious face Did glow in the morning sun, I remember how your satin hair Gently blew as we would run.

I remember how your lovely smile Always took my breath away, I remember how your twinkling eyes Would sparkle when you glanced my way.

I remember how our palms did sweat When we held hands for the very first time, I remember how your skin did feel So warm and delicate when caressed to mine.

Yes...Those are some things that I recall Far more clearer than all the others, For those were the days, not so long ago When we were more than friends, we were lovers.
