This page is finally being rejigged after a long period of extreme neglect. The page (as those of you familiar with it will know) was lacking any kind of central design -- I had some ideas (which I believe to have been good) and sort of added bits as I felt like it, so the process by which this page was written was less design and more congelation.

Still, I have decided to sweep all that away. This is the new, "improved" page. The photos section is fully online although it will get bigger and more complicated. The cartoons section doesn't work yet because I moved everything into folders so all the links to pictures (which is rather the point of a cartoon page) are broken. A new addition will be the sleevenotes section. People are born great, acquire greatness or have greatness thrust upon them. Some people I know were born funny, I am trying to acquire it, but the writers of these sleevenotes...

...well...

That's all for now, except I am attempting some formatting this time. There are a number of "target" fonts I am trying to get the page to appear in, and I shall be devoting a section to what they look like. The point is, they won't display as I intend unless you also have the fonts in question. However, you can choose a list of "second best" fonts, and if you own similar-looking fonts with different names it's worth my while to include those in my second best list. Eventually I hope to compile an archive of names of similar-looking fonts for the benefit of other people who know what they want their pages to look like.
