Biographical
Information
Pt. SHRIKANT SHARMA was born in
GUDHA, a small village in
RAJASTHAN , a STATE of INDIA on
17th April 1960. He was brought up,
and guided by his spiritual
master Pt. SHIV PRASADJI, his grandfather in
Calcutta city. His parents Dr.
S.M.Sharma & Smt. Parmeshwari Devi lead a
spiritual life too. He is
devoted to Human Services with valuable support from
his wife Smt. Ranjana Sharma,
and inspiration from his three daughters
Richa, Ekta & Stuti and son
Chaitanya .
Pt. Shrikantji is a spiritually
ambitious, dynamic young man and an
enlightened guide to his
disciples and thousands more, who listen to his
Bhajans, Sermons and Katha all
over India and telecast regularly by
'ZEE INDIA'. He has the
charismatic power of love to guide his disciples
to embark on Spiritual Path to
lead a peaceful, significant and more
meaningful
life.
It was in the year 1973, at the
age or 13 years, when for the first time he
narrated "Shrimad Bhagavat
Katha" to the people of Calcutta city and
since then he has been crowned
with the title 'BAL-VYAS'. And thereafter
he has been continuouly serving
the humankind with his sermons and
Katha-Vachan to enlighten the
huge crowds all over India and abroad too.
The mytholgical topics covered
by him are Indian Vedas, Puranas,
Upnishads, Shri Shiv Puran,
Shri Ramcharitra Manas & Shrimad Bhagvat.
He regularly composes many
BHAJANS which are just best to listen .
He is the founder and President
of "Shrimad Bhagvat Gyan-Yagna Prachar
Samiti' an institution which
aims to serve mankind under his able and holy
Guidance. The Samiti publishes
a monthly magazine "RAS-BANMALI" for
the benefit of the numerous
people who read and understand the spiritualism.
