		it is extravagantly beautiful outside
a pure soft veil of virgin snow
		has covered all dirt
and the moon is shining its cobolt blue light
		on the newly come veil
and the stars glitter far away
every one of them more radiant than the sun
in colours of blue and red and everything in spaces

in times like this it seems as if the dirt and ugliness
we perceive when looking outside our windows
			just glancing
			is but secondhand hearsay
that the creatures who dwell and inhabit
the same places with us are from a dream
				a nightmare at that

there is an immense force of suggestion nature possesses
to deceive us of the perversity it can create and sustain
