When I first met Alex Mann I was basically telling he was a suspect
for theft. After I saw him in the act of one of the crimes I ordered
an arrest warrant for him. It irrated me when his team tried to cover
for him. I only wanted to be in, out and done in a minute.
I searched
the plane but only found a pet iguana. Meanwhile Alex escaped using
the jet. I found him in Utah and arrested him. While he was in the jail
he kept saying that he wasn't the one I wanted, that the conductor was
him. When I came back for he said he had proof and pointed to a piece
of paper on the floor.
At that point I thought he was crazy. While my
partner were driving him to the trial, I saw an overturned car and
a person lying in the street. I told my partner to stop and I went to
check on the person. When I got near, she lifted herself up and flashed
me with her camera. She handcuffed me to the truck and another person
welded my partner inside.
I couldn't believe it! It was two of Alex's
teammates. The girl said she could explain, but not right now as the
other guy released Alex. They drove off in a white car that looked
exactly like the overturned one. I looked at the other car, and it
fell down. It was a piece of cardboard! I really felt like an idiot.
My partner called for backup, and they freed me and him. I could tell they
were laughing at me.
I was determined to get Alex back into custody.
When we caught up to the train Alex and his team were already there.
I yelled that they were under arrest. I saw another guy on the train.
He started to change to looked like Alex, then he changed again to a
white-faced monster. I started to believe Alex's story. I got on the train
to try to stop it. When I finally did, he asked if I believed his story
know. I actually smiled at him.
I saw him again when I decided to monitor
Brandon Caine. He was the guy on the train who was impersonating Alex.
Alex recently told me that Dr. X was gone. I had intended to have a
lengthy discussion with Brandon about his relationship with Dr.X after
the race. It turned that Dr. X wasn't gone. He was in Brandon's body.
After preventing Dr.x from getting to a nearby city, I wanted to ask
Alex why Brandon was Dr.X, but I didn't.
He looked distraught, so I
left him alone. (I must be getting soft) Then there was the Cryo 12
incident. I caught Alex with the Cryo 12. I thought he was the one
stealing it. (Welll, the alarms had triggered and he was standing right
next to it) I have to say I was disappointed. For the first time, I
didn't want to arrest a criminal. That's probably why I had the others
do it. Then Tempest and Aszazi appeared and he saved me from getting
frozen. After they stole the Cryo 12 he said he had it under control.
We decided to work together to stop Dr.X
On the plane he said Dr.X
was heading for Hawaii. I asked how he knew that and he said to trust
him. (I do trust him. More than I should. Two months ago I would've
grounded the plane and take on Dr.X myself) We managed to stop Dr.X
and Alex saved me again. I leaned toward him when Fidget interrupted.
I'll have to do something about her. I wonder if she has a history of crime.
Anyway, I got back to business and called Ultratek.
After that I called
practically begged him to help with the latest crisis. I said I didn't
like to beg, yet here I was, doing just that. We found trilobugs on the ship
we were on. Dr.X sunk it, trying to destroy the bugs. It had no effect
on them and they headed for New York. I helped lead them to a warehouse
and they joined together a form a giant monster. I went to get back-up
and told the other helicopters to drive the monster into the water.
Dr.X and the council of doom were unconscious so I ordered them to be brought
in. Alex came up and asked me not to arrest Dr.X.
That made me mad.
Who was he to tell me not to arrest one of the most wanted terrorists
in the world? "I'm taking them all in," I had said, "And you could
be next, hotshot." (Now I know I'm getting soft. If it was anyone else I would've ignored them)
I walked back to the helicopter. I looked at Dr.X's
airship flying above. All of a sudden it disappeared.
I looked at Alex.
"Who was flying that thing? I want it back! Now!" Alex and the others
looked as if they didn't know what I was talking about. There was nothing
else I could do I flew the helicopter away. Alex came to intercept,
wanting to talk to Dr.X. The trilobug monster attacked Intercept and
Alex took Dr.X That was a few hours ago. Now Intercept is cleaning a few
thousand trilobugs off the street. I want to ask Alex what the heck happened
but he's nowhere to be found. He does it again, causing me stress.
