carlos bechegas carlos bechegas and me went to music school together some years ago. we studied the flute with the same teacher, but our ways diverged when he went on to be the amazing player he is today and i some web page scribbler. some years ago carlos decided to find his musical identity through improvised music and a long path he has made so far. carlos and the flute are only one when he frees his spirit to venerate the living memory of steve lacy, derek bailey and evan parker. in truth, the only thing that is greater than his flute mastery is his humbleness. |
