I guess I missed out a lot on '65 UP Prep events and happenings

past 33 years !... that is until I got invited to attend

Albaladejo-Matic's mini-reunion at her place here in
the City of Angels
last May 24th.
The occasion was quite a surprise for me as I didn't even
know that
Caridad (already a grandmother) live here in L.A. as
well as Willie
Tenorio and Ferdie Torralba. More so, my anxiousness
and excitement was
doubled when I heard that Franklin Mangonon and Pat Pascual,
together
with Aida Caballes are coming.
Anyway, what went on with the party was really very memorable!
It was a
Blast, truly worth reminiscing the past and finding out
what other
classmates had become.
I am a bit guilty for not corresponding for the past so
many years but
then again, I hope it is not too late to re-start ...
I will be making
use of this Internet/E-mail technology to the fullest
from now on.

What a surprise! I have a vague memory of how you
look like ... but, when I
looked at the pictures in the Prep Website, something
in my databank says
that you are that smart little girl back in the sixties,
really super quiet,
with eyeglasses, and who always ended up in the upper
section (mga
mata-talino).... the opposite of me, Hector, Baldo and
Gabriel, right?
On another tone, I can see that you are really working
hard to make the Prep
'65 spirit going! This is quite a big responsibility!
And, for this, a real
big THANKS to you !!! Please let me know how I can help
out here in LA.
I'm currently working with the Los Angeles Superior Courts,
here at downtown
Los Angeles as a Project Manager/Supvg. Programmer Analyst
(empleyado pa
rin!) and I can see from your Web page that you are also
in the same field!
Proceso Balauag, Willie Tenorio and Espie Ranin I guess
are also in the
computer business .... is this field the most popular
for '65 Prepians?
It's still quite a way, but I might be going to the P.I.
by Jan/Feb '99 for
a two-week Golf Tournament. This should give me a chance
to see you and the
others once again. So, let me know how to get a hold
of you.
