Meet my Kitties

Baby in a Basket
My kitties seem to really enjoy the sewing room. Maybe it's because they are not allowed in there very often or maybe it's because they can get into so much trouble. I had just finished putting away some of the debris from a finished project and cleaning up all the fabrics which had been scattered over my work table. I turned my back for a second and when I looked again, found Baby had made herself at home in this little cubby hole. I guess I need to find another space for fabric, that one is occupied with cat.

Baby on the ironing board This is Baby when she was really a baby who liked to help her mother sew. She would sit in my lap as I was sewing at the machine.
This is Junebug, Baby's big sister, when she was just a baby too. Junebug was very shy when she came home to live with us. She could only be enticed out form under the furniture with a "mouse on a string". Junebug, playing with a 'mouse'
This is Baby as an infant. At the shelter she was named "Tiffey Doodles", which was just too cute, so she now is known only as Baby, or occasionally as Nudge. If you have ever had cats try to sleep with you, then you know why she would be called Nudge.

She has all the properties of a "neutron cat". For those who are unfamiliar with the term, it refers to a superdense cat who cannot be moved. A teaspoon's worth of neutron cat has approximately the same mass as 3 or 4 solar masses. A neutron cat as you might guess, becomes extremely difficult to dislodge.
