The Model for this sculpture is a taxidermied bird...that was thrown out and then rescued by the art instructer, whom this project is for.
The bird is missing an eye...I captured...what I saw...and what I felt...in this part of the sculpture...the underglaze is on wet clay...not yet to first fire. Please wish me luck :-) It's my first sculptured piece.
