Constellations: Drawings in the Sky
Yes, it's true, I finally got a scanner. Here's a bunch of sketches, with no particular theme attatched. Just a bunch of penciled works I felt like drawing at the time. it's official, this wannabe alien is anatomically incorrect (my friend naz said so), but i don't give a damn. it's just not an alien, then.


i don't know where i got this from, but i think it was an idea for the blue repertory logo that didn't quite fit. actually, it don't fit at all. i just thought it looked kinda cool. then again, maybe it was just a moment of idiocy.

 


my uncle was sitting on his lazyboy, and he sorta looked like this. later that night, while i was listening to sting, it kinda crept in my head, and ideas poped in and out, and this is the end result.


if any of you out there are sandman fans (as in morpheus sandman, from vertigo comics), you might recognize this. it was inspired by the poster that was in sandman #75. i'm not really a fan of sandman, but that poster was incredible, so i made my own version of it.


i find this sorta tranquil, quiet, but at the same time very pensive. it sorta hit me me as a peaceful but turbulent moment. i dunno. you try to make sense out of it.

well, that's it for now. i'll put up new sketches as fast as i produce them, which, unfortunately, is rather slow...
