| Having passed Westchester Avenue heading north, we now near Pelham Pkwy, which unlike the Hutch is not a limited access arterial, at least not until it passes east of the Hutch into Pelham Bay Park. The directional on the right is very confusing. What exactly is it trying to tell people who really don't have all that much time to digest it? It almost sounds like it's telling Co-op City Blvd where to go, not the motorists on the Hutch. |

| The Pelham interchange is cloverleaf style and we are approaching the Pelham West exit after digesting eastbound Pelham escapees. After the garish interruptions at East Tremont and Westchester Avenues, we've returned to proper parkway tradition with stoneface arched overpasses. Shot 10/23/99. |
