Commentary: "Again a Saint drawn by Epsona's God.  Now this one has got the constellation of the M24-Galaxy, and therefore his name is also M24.  (Might be changed though, depending what M24's God decision is.)  He not only has got the M24-Galaxy as constellation, but he literally looks like he had escaped from there!
He looks nice and all (though not very friendly) but still, his headpiece mght obstruct his sight.  He even might have escaped a certain other universe and now wants to affiliate himself to the Saint Seiya world.  Talking about space and beyond, his slightly pointed ears make me think of Spock.  Saint Spock?
