Lessons of Life
Come closer little kiddies,
And a secret I will tell,
The facts of life are as follows,
To live your life well…
Remember that parents always lie,
For better or for worse,
They live in make believe story land,
While reality makes you hurt…
Never ever believe in anyone,
Or your heart will be crushed,
The viciousness of "friendship",
Will inevitably betray your trust…
The people that you're surrounded with,
Have only one idea in mind,
To rape your heart and body,
And leave you far behind…
Then, there are those that really try,
To help that special someone along,
But they wield this kindness,
To keep them powerful and strong…
And when you try to help another,
And nurture them back to life,
They will inevitably turn on you,
Causing sadness, pain and strife…
For the love that you give,
To these oh-so-caring friends,
Will gladly unleash the beast,
That you had helped to mend…
However, if you should fall in love,
With that special best of friends,
They will hurt you the most,
With that certain sudden end…
For everyone that we love so much,
Will most inevitably die,
And all the hopes and dreams we had,
Are shattered and denied…
We try so hard to work so much,
All for that one wish,
But Time is the biggest betrayer,
And sweet death becomes bliss…
For if you are the last one left,
Out of everyone you have known,
You might as well jump off that bridge,
For now you will die alone…
There is no escape,
From this Catch-Twenty Two,
We will always strive for love,
But love is most cruel…
So end your misery now,
Drown your sorrows in drink,
This is bloody Hell on Earth,
And it is worse then you think…
Pay attention little kiddies,
Auntie Fenny never lies…
If you don't heed my words now,
I'll be laughing when you die…
