Aquarelle pastels on watercolor paper. I did this pastel of a friend at Domino's Pizza, Wayne, as he passed out balloons at the Antique Car Show on the square a few years ago. Wayne eventually left our area to open a store in Clarksville, Tennessee. Before they reached the car in the parking lot after closing one night, Wayne and his daughter (a manager in training at the store) were both hit and killed by a reckless driver trying to ellude the police. This is how I like to remember Wayne. next gallery 3 |
