About this Bibliography:

This bibliography was completed in August, 1999, from the above-referenced sources. Incredibly, it is not complete, because it could only be based on current public sources and the compiler's own Forster collection (which is far from complete). The readily available books can be easily ordered through a local bookstore. The hard-to-find books may have to be ordered through a publisher or from a used book source. The out-of-print titles can only be obtained through a used book source. Two excellent sources for these titles are on the web:

1. American Book Exchange - www.abebooks.com

2. Bibliofind - www.bibliofind.com

Occasionally, out-of-print titles become available again through reprint editions; likewise, titles go out of print rather soon after their reprint releases. Suggestions for additions or changes to the bibliography are welcome and encouraged!
