~This page is dedicated to the wonderful 
Ladies Of The Heart or LOTH.  I joined this 
internet group about four months ago and it 
has literally changed my views and my outlook 
in a lot of areas.  It is hard to put into 
words just how I feel about being a part of a 
community that has over 5000 members around 
the world that comes together in some way or 
another every single day.  There is such an 
immense feeling of love, friendship, caring, 
support, sharing, togetherness and hope here, 
I could go on and on about the way I stand 
strongly for this world-wide sisterhood.  
Having grown up without any sisters of own 
(but I did have four great brothers!), LOTH 
has more than made up for the times that I 
wondered what it would have been like to share 
clothes, talk about boys and dream about my 
future with one.  I look forward every day to 
my time reading about others (usually first 
thing in the morning with a cup of coffee and 
a box of tissues) and visiting their web pages, 
knowing that many others are probably sitting 
at their computer doing the same thing.  In a 
big, heart-felt way it makes me feel united to 
"listen" to beautiful letters from women sharing 
their views, supporting their causes, asking for 
prayers and sometimes writing their innermost 
feelings to people they don't even know.  To me 
it takes a lot of courage to write about some of 
the things I have seen and I am proud to be a 
part of such a glorious group.  Believe it or not 
being a part of LOTH has helped me to open up to 
some of my own feelings and to realize what being 
a woman is all about.  This may be a strange thing 
for me to say, (you would think, coming from a 28 
year old woman).  Sometimes we get so caught up 
in our own world that we don't remember just how 
small we and our problems really are, but what a 
huge role we play in the circle of life and in 
other people's lives.  I have laughed, cried, 
prayed, supported, shared and pondered upon, with, 
for and about the words and feelings of these other 
women.  Not as a chore, but gladly, with joy and 
happily.  May we always stand strong-together!~
