Alius played by Jason Heller

Jason worked in Hollywood on television series, including Mission Impossible and It Takes a Thief, before coming to Asia in 1970. He appeared on Japanese television, starred in a movie (The Feast), and earned black-belt ratings in Chinese boxing, swordsmanship, and bamboo stick fighting.


Haruspex played by Alex Easley

Alex is a singer-songwriter from the United States who has become a familar face in Japan's live clubs. When he's not belting out a song, he frequently appears on stage and screen, notably the Japanese versions of Hair and Roots (Amerika Monogatari).


Satis played by Shakti

Shakti is a member of the Japan-based Vasantamala Dance Troupe. Her dynamic abilities range from modern and jazz dancing to her specialty of over 20 years, Indian classical dance. When she is not teaching dance, she's often performing in her own productions, such as Salome and Beauty and the Beast.


Megas played by Kunihiro Hayashi

Hayashi-sensei holds 30 dans (black-belt ratings) in a wide range of martial arts skills. Besides acting, he directs martial arts action stunts and sequences for television and film. In 1982, he took his ninjitsu talent to Europe for an unparalleled tour of live stage performances.


Ord played by Ko Itoh

Itoh-san is a karate specialist who also excels in judo and aikido. He has worked in action scenes for virtually every Japanese television network, frequently with Hayashi. He, too, took part in the 1982 European tour.


Skulker played by Goran Glucina

Goran was born in Yugoslavia. A black-belt karate expert, he received his training in New Zealand and Japan, two countries where he has also been active on screen and stage. He also plays rock and blues on guitar.


Bellus played by Patricia Buie

Patricia grew up with the theatre, helping her playwright mother with operettas and plays since the age of nine. She's at home in both Tokyo and New York, pursuing a career in jazz singing anf song-writing. She has cut two albums with Warner Brothers and one with Columbia.


Serenus played by Mario Sacripante

Mario grew up in Tokyo and New York and served in the U.S. Air Force. He's often involved in modeling and hopes to follow in the acting footsteps of James Dean.


Directed by Michael Bannard

Michael was born in Oxforshire, England. He lived in eleven countries and traveled in 108. For many years, he performed with the Oxford Repertory Company, and he founded Tokyo's first all-British theatre group, Albion-za.
(Note: Sadly, Michael died in a road accident in Europe several years after this production.)
