An adventure is about to begin. You are about to set forth on a journey in print in which you, the reader, are the main character.

The story takes place in a fictional world known as "the Mountain," which is inhabited by a variety of characters. They will help you and guide you as best they can, for they know that you are their only chance of finding a cure for the Epidemic which plagues their world.

You alone can find the cure. To do so, you must reach the Mountain's Peak. Only there can you find a way to prevent the world and its inhabitants from being destroyed,

At the end of each page, you will have the opportunity to choose between two distinct paths. Once you have chosen, you cannot go back, so think carefully before you make your decisions. Your choice could easily lead to death.
