Registration includes: Admission to all workshops, available handouts, Friday night Welcome Reception, Saturday breakfast, luncheon and Book Fair.  Nametags are required for entrance to workshops and meals.  The public is welcome at the Book Fair.

 

Registration deadline is August 31, 2000.  There will be no on-site registrations.  Cancellations up to September 8 are subject to a $25 handling fee.  Cancellations after September 8 are subject to a $70 handling fee.  There will be a $25 charge for returned checks.
