Transform Breathing

Modern physics tells us why breathwork is such an effective form of self-help, self-growth, self-awakening, and self-transformation—depending upon where the individual is in their life. The answer to all of the fantastic benefits attributed to learning to consciously direct the process of breathing is that the bodymind is an energy field. It directly responds to our thoughts and emotions. We can alter these and communicate to our energy field—bodymind-- for health and well being. There is a fascinating new –tens of centuries old—field of research and results.

There are half dozen or so breathing techniques, all with their virtues. Variously, they claim physical, psychological, and psycho-spiritual benefits. We are learning more about breathwork and about ourselves as a result than ever before.

ace.gif (19429 bytes) TransformBreathing is a psycho-spiritual process that activates and enhances higher consciousness. It revitalizes the physical body to be able to accommodate higher frequency spiritual energies. It also dissolves (not releases) emotional and other energetic impediments or restrictions to the free flow of energy throughout the system. Its focus on the essential wholeness of the individual results in a faster and easier transformational process.

TransformBreathing develops the watcher consciousness within the psyche. As a result one is able to view life as a conscious soul. One’s habits of thought change to embrace greater wholeness and joy. The process of fully entering into this consciousness shift, achieving balanced, equinanimous expression of emotion and clarity of life purpose is an unfolding one. TransformBreathing both supports and enhances it.
