ROSALIA KELLOGG

Rosalia Kellogg, 30, of East Wenatchee, died Monday evening, Jan. 25, 1999 in Wenatchee as a result of an automobile accident.
She was born on March 22, 1968 to Rene and Maruja (Olmos) Balanza in La Paz, Bolivia. She received her education in Bolivia and worked for a casino.
In 1992, while in the Peace Corps, her husband, Keith Kellogg met Rosalia. She arrived with her daughter Inga to the United States on June 18, 1993. On Sept. 17, 1993, she and Keith were married in Longview. They've made their home in East Wenatchee since that time.
In June, 1994, she began working at Mill Bay Casino where she was currently a supervisor. She had recently become a U.S. Citizen.
Survivors include her husband, Keith; two daughters, Inga, nine years old, and Kirsten, 16 months old, all of East Wenatchee; her parents, Rene and Maruja Balanza, East Wenatchee; five brothers, Jose Luis, Jamil, Rudy, Richard and Jose Martin; four sisters, Babli, Janel, Rossio and Flavia; her grandmother, Emma Balanza Ortuno; and numerous nieces and nephews, all of Bolivia.
Funeral services will be held at King's Orchard Church of Christ, 1610 Orchard St., Wenatchee, on Friday, January 29 at 2 p.m. Concluding services and interment will follow at Evergreen Memorial Park. Visitation will be at the funeral home, Thursday 5 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. and Friday morning from 10 until noon. In lieu of flowers, those who wish may make memorial donations for the children, Inga and Kirsten Kellogg to: North Central Washington Credit Union; 615 N. Emerson St., Wenatchee, WA 98801.
