I know someone will ask me why I chose to use little girls
and boys for this page...my answer is simple.
I would love to see our children grow up in a world where cancer
in all forms is no longer a fear and a killer.
Not only we as women, but our daughters, our grandchildren,
our world needs the answer to cure this terror.
My hope is that we come to the understanding
that not only is this a woman's disease,
it is a people disease.
Please take the time this month to think pink.
After all, doncha think these kids deserve a chance?

October is National Breast Cancer Awareness month,
dedicated to the fight against an illness that
will effect one in nine women in their lifetime.
