Rubber molds can be made in different ways depending on the form and size of models and the type of rubber used.


Those five following examples are from ornments made for the reconstruction of facade of Ericeira Casino in Portugal:

In order to deal with the deep undercuts of the shape, I made the back
shell in several pieces hold together with a "mother" shell in the outside.

Those molds have been made by pouring the liquid rubber inside a shell previuosly made around the model.

This last mold as not in silicone rubber but in latex with reinforced and stuffed back.
