          With this devotion a psionicist can open a portal that lasts from 10-20
      rounds.  However, it closes immediately after a ship passes through it.  Only one
      Portal can be opened at any given time and if this power is attempted, the first
      one closes immediately.  The opened portal will NEVER under any circumstances close
      on a ship, if after 10-20 rounds there is a vessel within, it will be blown back
      inside the crystal sphere before the portal recloses.  A portal can be large enough
      to admit any size vessel under 300 tons.
          Power Score--The portal lasts until the psionicist wills it shut
          20--The Portal opened is 25-50% smaller than intended.
