          With this science a psionicist can create her own portal in the shell
      of a Crystal Sphere.  Additionally, they may close it at no extra cost (this
      is different from the Metapsionic devotion, Open Portal which requires
      maintenance)  The portal may be large enough to admit any vessel the psionicist
      chooses but can not be changed without reusing this power.  The portal can be
      created large enough to admit any ship under 300 tons.  A Psionicist can only
      have one portal created in any given Crystal Sphere, as soon as he tries to
      create a new portal, the original begins to seal up (taking 2-8 turns)
          Power Score--The psionicist may alter the size of the portal at will
      while she is within the Crystal Sphere.
          20--The psionicist succeeds in opening the Portal however it is not
      permanent and acts exactly like it was merely Opened.
