WILLIAM CLARK'S BIOGRAPHY

Formerly a Light Opera and Musical Comedy Star, William Clark has been performing through-
out the country for many years. He has appeared with Placido Domingo and Frederica von Stade as
well as Florence Lacy, to name a few. William Clark has a Masters Degree in Education and a
Lifetime Teaching Credential as well as a Secondary Single Subject. He has been an active teacher
for over fifteen years, and is dedicated to teaching Shakespeare through his love of music.

INTRODUCTION

The works of Shakespeare now have become a full time passion for William Clark. Comfortable
both on stage and in the classroom, he brings merth and merriment to the sonnets of the Bard.
Mr Clark has created contemporary melodies from blues to country and from folk to full
orchestral works. He narrates and sings melodically forth the timeless beauty of Shakespeare's
words. William Clark performs for people of all ages. A strong commitment to education and
outreach activities makes Mr. Clark a favorite with performing art series, education institutions,
