Description: Roxie is a she-kat with bright blue eyes standing at an
athletic 5'6". Her fur is white with black tiger stripes, and her short,
curly hair is also white. As Roxie, she generally wears what can only be
described as "hacker" style. As Sable, she wears a pair of black leather
pants, a Spectra (like Kevlar, only better) vest-shirt, black leather boots
and a black leather jacket, plus black gloves that end at her wrist.

Abilities: Roxie (going by the code "Sable") is one of the top 100 hackers in the
country, adept at infiltrating even some of the most advanced security
systems. She is also a fairly good inventor of small electronic-robotic and
computer-related items. As for physical abilities, she tends to keep in
shape by lifting weights and running, which makes her fairly strong and
fast, though she's not very agile. She's working on her aim by learning from
her big brother how to shoot guns at the Enforcer range.

Occupation: She's currently looking for a job dealing with computers or electronics.
Part-time vigilante.

Vehicles: The only vehicle she has is an old beat up, non-descript Harley
motorcycle, her inheritance from her grandpaw.

Weapons: Well, she has her high-speed laptop, which she can use as a weapon to
cause trouble with people's records, but she rarely uses it as such. She has
also developed a pair of gauntlets, one for each wrist, one of which fires a
grapling hook, and the other which acts as a powerful stun gun.

Relations: Her only relation in the city is her older brother, Kirkland, a homicide
detective for the Enforcers. She also knows no one else in the city at the moment.

History: Roxie was born in a boring po-dunk town on the MKC city limits into a
family of lower-middle-class stature. Nothing much happened to her through
her first 11 years. Until her family got a computer. For the next five years
she learned to use computers and the web to her advantage, along with
learning from her grandpaw about electronics and minor mechanics. When she
was 16, she was caught hacking into a government site and sent to prison.

Technically, she should have been tried as a minor, except that "Sable" had
been leaving taunting messages on all the sites and files she hacked, so the
offense was more than enough to convince the judge that she should be put
away, though at a reduced sentance. Don't make the mistake of thinking Sable
is a bad person. It was more intense curiosity and un-checked desire to do
something exciting that drove her - and she didn't sell the information that
she took, nor did she delete files. 

She served her term of 4 years and has just been released to the custody of her brother since he is a respected Enforcer and her parents had passed away due to a boating accident the third year Roxie was in prison. After a few years in prison, she decided to fight
against the scum she rubbed shoulders with for four years, so she bought
things for her uniform over the internet and set out to patrol the streets,
hoping to build up enough experience to take on the "Super Badguys" the city
has always seemed to attract. And...hoping to meet up with the SWAT Kats,
her only heroes (besides her brother) in prison...
