On the 28th, I'll be 18 months old. Mommy says I need to stop growing but I don't know how.
Daddy and mommy are starting a new job soon. A lady named Dawn will watch me while they are at work. Mommy will continue volunteering for Sidelines and she hopes to go back to Band on Wednesday nights. Dawn has lots of toys to play with. She adopted the two boys she has and her younger boy is 4 months older than me. I like having other kids to play with.
I can say "owie" when I hurt myself. Mommy thinks I said "peek-a-boo" today. I know what "trash" means! Mommy and daddy give me things to throw in the trash. Then we clap our hands and say, "yeah". It's lots of fun!
Mommy is watching a little girl named Alicia. She just turned a year old in April. Mommy gets upset with us because we fight over toys but I'm not use to sharing my toys. Mommy hopes that I will learn to share and some times I do.
Mommy and I went to Church for Easter. I stayed in the Day Care for part of the service. I had a lot of fun playing with all the toys. Mommy listened to a story that our neighbor shared at the service. Mommy was reminded of how precious life is and the people in it. She says that she has so much to be thankful for.

Baby
Bye-bye
Mommy taught me how to play "Ring Around the Rosey". I enjoy playing games. I love playing with other kids. Mommy hopes that she can find friends for me to play with. Until then, I play with Simba (my cat) and my mommy and daddy.
I almost forgot to tell you that I have my own car! I can get in and out of it myself. Mommy pushes me because I'm still learning how to use it. Mommy thinks that I will be able to use my car on my own in a few months. That will be fun. Then maybe I'll find other kids in my neighborhood to play with!
I was glad to get back home. Daddy met us at the airport and I went straight to him. I missed him. I was glad to have my bed and all my toys back again. I decided to try to walk on my own, too. I fell a lot but now I'm walking pretty good. I wish I was fast enough to catch my cat. Oh, well.
