In a world that is quite different from ours, Son Goku was raised by a martial artist called Son Gohan. Gohan was killed by a giant monster in a full moon night. Goku grew up in the jungle alone.

     One day, a genius girl named Bulma came and look for the Dragonballs. According to the legends, when 7 Dragonballs is gathered, Shen Long(Dragon God) will grant the person a wish. This is the beginning of the story. Bulma met Goku and together they searched for the Dragonballs. On the way they met Kame the once world martial art champion, Yamacha, Pool, Coolong, the Ox-King and his daugther Chi-Chi who will be Goku's wife. Of cause they encountered some bad guys such as the Pilaf Gang in their adventure.

     After discovering Kame's indentity, Goku along with Kuririn became his student. They competed in the World Martial Art Tournament. Then Goku continue his search for Dragonballs. He had to defeat the Red Ribbon army in the process and save his friend's father life with the Dragonballs.

     At this time, came the world's most powerful villain, Piccolo.He took over the world in a short while after defeated Kame, Goku and destroying Shen Long. However, Piccolo was defeated by Goku but not before giving birth to his son also named Piccolo. In order to save Kuririn's life, Goku had to restore Shen Long with the help of Shen the Earth God. Goku succeded and became Shen's student.

     Four years later, the grown Piccolo again appeared at the Tournament, this time he would be defeated by the much prepared Goku.

     After another four peaceful years, Goku and Chi-Chi had a son named Son Gohan. One day, an uninvited intruder arrived on Earth. He was Raditz, Goku's elder brother. He would uncover the mystery of Goku's identity: Goku and Raditz belonged to an ultimate race of the universe, the nearly extint Saiya-jin. They had superior power of fighting. Goku was sent to Earth when he was an infant. His mission was simple, destroy every being on Earth. Raditz was coming to take on Goku's incomplete mission.

     This time, Goku and Piccolo had to team up against the more powerful Raditz. Finally, they killed him with the sacrifice of Goku. Before his death, Raditz announced two much more powerful Saiya-jin warriors would arrived to Earth after a year. Piccolo had no choice but to train the potentially talented Gohan to face the Saiya-jins.

     Goku was brought to the other world to strenghten himself under Saoi's teaching. The others trained hard to profect the Earth. Finally the day came, Goku was given a new life and rushed to the battle field. In the clash between the Earth warriors and the mighty Saiya-jins, everyone was killed except Goku(seriously injured), Gohan, Kuririn and the Superior Saiya-jin Vegeta.

     During the fight, Goku and gang learned that in a far planet, Piccolo and Shen's homeland also had Dragonballs. Because the death of Piccolo means the death of Shen, the Shen Long had vanished. The only hope for the resurrection of the sacrificed warriors was to go to that planet. As it turned out to be, Gohan, Kuririn and Bulma were the one to set off with the spaceship that brought Shen to Earth. Unfortunely, Freeza, the universe most powerful and evil conqueror and Vegeta also learned the marvel of the Dragonballs and heading towards the same planet. As for Goku, after recovery went to aid his son and friends while training hard on the way.

     The chase for Dragonballs resulted the death of many and the confrontation between Freeza and the rest of the gang. At this time, Vegeta was in the same line with the Earth warriors. In the end, the brutal battle caused the explosion of the entire planet but not before evacuating everyone except Goku and Freeza. Goku, who haad changed into the legendary Super Saiya-jin turned out to be the winner.

     Three years later, Freeza and his father invaded Earth. Suddenly, a teenager came and killed both of them and saved the defenceless Earth before the return of Goku. A new story begins. The teenager was called Trunks and a Super Saiya-jin. Shockingly, this is because he was the son of Vegeta and Bulma. He came from the future to tell a shocking news: Three years later, two invincible cyborgs will appear and killed everyone, for fun.

     In order to prevent the dark future, the warriors battle the cyborgs, #15 and the mad Professor. They succeded in defeating both of them. However, three more cyborgs would arise. They were #16, #17 and #18. They proved to be far more superior than thewarriors. At this moment, a monster called Cell arrived from the future. Its objective was to combine with #17 and #18 to become a completely perfect fighter. It could suck energy from people.

     After a series of furious battles, Cell successfilly completed its goal. It challenged the warriors for a competition against all them 1-on-1. If the winner is Cell then it will detroy the Earth. Knowing the danger of the situation, the warriors again trained hard in a room that one day equals to one year time.

     Ten days leter, the battle which would decide the fate of Earth came. Mr. Satan the World Martial Art Champion made his first appearence. After a painful struggle, Cell was defeated by Gohan. Goku was sacrificed. Peace was again restored on Earth but not for long.

     Years passed by, Gohan was a grown teenager. He disguised as Super Saiya-jin Man to fight the crime. Son Goten, Gohan's brother grew up with the young Trunks. Goku was allowed to return to the Earth for one day at the World Martial Art Tounament. This time, an new enemy appeard. He was the evil socceror, Badidi and his mighty servant, Buu. They proved to be too strong, even for Saoi God. Buu hada kind heart. He became a friend of Mr. Satan. However the dark side of him had taken over him and try to kill everyone for pleasure.

     In the end, Buu was defeated by the warriors. The kind-hearted Buu was erased from the memory of the people and lived with Mr. Satan. Years later, the World Martial Art Tournament began again. This time, the evil Buu's reincarnation appeared, but in a form of a normal village kid. However, he was not going to cause trouble but became a student of Goku. The story of Dragonballs ends here.
