When this web page was first posted back in the late nineties, not everyone had heard of Brian. By now he's had his day.
Still a great band and an energetic performer. Has been touring with his trio when not with the brass.
Not much to stay that hasn't already been said. Saw him many times at the Greek. Hope to catch him somewhere again.

Last saw him at the Greek Theatre in 1999, for the "Let's Live It Up!" tour, and was not disappointed.
Not many acts can get away with opening the show with the James Bond theme,
or Hawaii 5-0, horns blazing so loud you can feel the waves!

His first since leaving the Stray Cats. Mostly '40s-style stuff. His voice is very rich on this one. Mellow, compared to his other CDs.	White hot. A little-more '50s-style music here. He even does a Stevie Ray Vaughan song. Every one a gem.	Probably his pinnacle. Definitely had his style nailed by this time. I only wish the James Bond Theme that he opened his show with was here.
