CONTRACT TO READ SCREENPLAY

1. Eric Player agrees to read and critique one screenplay written by the Undersigned Person or Persons.

2. The Undersigned Person or Persons give Eric Player the right to read said screenplay, and agrees to pay Eric Player $______ for the service.

3. For reading the Undersigned Person's or Persons' work, no obligation of any kind for the marketing, sale, production, distribution, transcription, signing, or reprinting of the screenplay, will rest or should be thought to rest upon Eric Player or Roseland Pictures, LLC.

4. Likewise, reading and critiquing the screenplay does not give Eric Player, or Roseland Pictures, the right to any profit or privileges derived from the sale, production, marketing, distribution, transcription, signing or reprinting of said screenplay.

5. Also in exchange for the $______, Eric Player agrees to give a written copy of his professional opinion to the Undersigned Person or Persons, if asked for, and, at his discretion, to conduct one 15-minute phone call with the Undersigned, at their expense, in regard to the written statements.

6. No other contract between Eric Player, Roseland Pictures, LLC, and the Undersigned Person or Persons shall exist outside of the parameters of this document, and each shall be exempt from litigation or damages from the other in perpetuity.

7. All persons and organizations signed to this document agree to leave the room wherein the contract is signed and go forth into the world with the express purpose of having a nice day.
