Even the streets they don't plow? Why?

  No Parking 2am - 6am OR during snow emergency. In other words, even if there's no need for the snow plows to be able to get through, you can't park here because you should be home in bed during those hours with your car in your driveway.

   This is even more ironic due to the fact that the people who drive the plows work the "graveyard" shift so that the streets will be clear for the "day shifters" when they get up. This sort of makes you wonder where the plow drivers park while they're working.

  Look familiar? These signs are on most of the gas pumps in the country because anyone who needs to fill their tank at night is obviously A criminal who will drive off without paying. The fact that gas stations are brightly lit and have fewer customers late at night to distract the attendant doesn't seem to matter.
