Death of Marrat

most of my artwork had been dealing with the Chinese-Canadian cultural identity. Having been in Canada for so long and having to deal with the death of my father at the time, I felt that I was loosing my Chinese heritage. This piece which was on exhibition as part of the BC Transit Billboard series, Know No Boundaries (1992), is a way of me experessing these concerns.
