Hello, welcome to the Pirch Experience. This Newbie's.exe auto setup file is to help with new pirch installations, and was scavanged from many different sources, mainly the Whisper 0.92 by La0Tz3 and [Secret] for Pirch32 v 0.92 ...along with other pirch pils and scripting, all writen by very talented fellow pirchers. You'll probably get into the many pirch pils and scripts as you progress in your pirching, for now see your pirch help file on what they are.

1. If you're reading this setup text, you will have downloaded the Newbie's.exe setup file to where you can find it easy, then...you only need to "double click" on it to start the auto install sequence, or run the Newbie's.exe file from your "Run" command box off your windows start menu. The install window will appear, in the path window at the bottom, change what is there to: c:\ and thats all, or to the drive of your choice, then click the Start button on the install window to begin extraction. The install will create a new directory named: Newbie's :on your c:\ drive, example: c:\Newbie's will be there after install.

4. During the install, you will be prompted with small windows asking if a folder should be created in the Newbie's directory, simply click Yes on all those windows and all the folders will be created and files set in place.

5. Do you know how to move/copy files from one place to the other? Now ifin you don't, you can learn this by checking out your windows help files, and you will be doing this using the windows Explorer, not Internet Explorer. 8-)
You will need to copy/move all the folders and files FROM the Newbie's directory TO your pirch32 directory...you will NOT be moving the whole Newbie's directory...just the folders and files IN the Newbie's directory...to your existing pirch32 directory...and to accept any windows prompt asking if you want to replace the files that will be replaced by the Newbie's files and folders.

6. You must do this OFFLINE. With your pirch32 program closed...and after all the Newbie's files and folders are copied/moved to your existing pirch32 directory, you can then delete the Newbie's directory from their hard drive.
After doin all this...you will next startup your pirch32 program and will need to reload your new irc, aliases.paf and events.ini files again...into their tabs above your screen. If you have never done this before, you can either c'mon back to #PirchNewbie's and we'll help you do that. Or...(see the >>> newbie'setup.txt <<< that will be in the Newbies directory after installation, for COMPLETE setup instructions!)
